Caleb Smidt a 26 year NFR 2016 contestant form Bellville, Texas who’s current NFR standings is 7th with his career earnings of $436,585. C. Smidt has experienced top, bottom & all possible position over the past 4 rodeo seasons. But he did overcome that with his great effort and mastering art with tie-down roping. During his struggle period several serious things happened to him. Some are good like he qualified for his first NFR and won his first world championship title. Bad things include experienced a severe injury, his main horse got injured as well. He had to borrow another horse to compete in rodeo events. Above all he got ready himself for his next big journey of Las Vegas 2016. We who loves Caleb Smidt hope that he can win another world title this year in NFR 2016. He is really hopeful that he can win another world title this year.

Caleb Smidt horse Pocket still in recovering process, so it’s not sure that Caleb Smidt can compete in NFR 2016 with his main horse. Caleb was returned to Texas to get Pocket back into arena for some exercise. It will be great if his main horse Poket get ready before NFR 2016 (National Final Rodeo 2016).

NFR Live Update: R Jarrett is 8th position holder in current All-Rounder NFR Standings.  He is an all-around cowboy who contest in Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA) rodeos in steer wrestling,calf roping & team roping. He is a 8th time NFR qualifier & the 2005 Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA) All-Around World Champion. 🙂 This year will be his 8th time to compete in NFR (National Final Rodeo). NFR Live

R Jarrett joined the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA) in 2004 & his total earnings is $1,069,302 till now. Ryan Jarrett was the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association Resistol Rookie of the Year in 2004 in Tie-Down Roping & was instate into Rodeo Hall of Fame in October 2010. All NFR fans are eagerly waiting to join the Thomas & Mack Center to the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR 2016) will be start from December 1 to December 10th. R Smith recent winning at the RAM California CFR (Circuit Finals Rodeo) is become traditional because he is very consistent to win this events. Ryle Smith the 29-year roper from Oakdale, California, emerge on top for the 5th time in 6 years at the October 7 to October 8 Circuit Finals Rodeo, finishing an average time of 27.6 seconds on 3 head.

As the last tie-down roper in line, Ryle got to observe his competition & get a feeling for what he required to stay in the top of the position. Ryle finish his competition in the dust during the 1st round timing  9.1-second run, that is more than 2 seconds ahead of the 2nd-fastest time. Smith maintained the pace in the 2nd round, making his fastest time at the RCCFR & timing is 8.8 seconds.

NFR Schedule

Ryle finished 2nd in the 3rd round with a 9.7 seconds, just fractions of a second behind Jordan Ketscher’s 9.4. Those 3 times associated to push Ryle Smith’s ticket to the April 6-9 RAM NCFR (National Circuit Finals Rodeo) in Kissimmee city, Florida. Ryle earned $8,155 in Lancaster as he also was the all-around champion. Ryle’s 5 win at the RCCFR have all been on his horse, Trouble With The Chick. NFR Standings 15th Position Holder Jordan Ketscher Visions

National Finals Rodeo 2016 will start from 1st December and End at 10th December and NFR Live Stream will be available from here. As a National Finals Rodeo (NFR) fans I am really exited about this and I know there are millions of fans waiting through the world for the biggest rodeo events. I know there are many favorites contestant who deserve to win world championship title. Among them there will be a super duper competition and all the world are waiting for to watch this live from the National Finals Rodeo – MGM Grand Las Vegas.

To assume better about the upcoming world championship winner we have to know more about the current All Around NFR Standings. As a fans I am trying to highlights little about top 15 contestants from current NFR Standings. Today I will write about Jordan Ketscher who is currently rank in number 15.

1 year ago, J Ketscher leave the FWSS (Fort Worth Stock Show) & Rodeo with a 2nd-place position in the tie-down roping that brings $12,455 in earnings for him. That was the maximum earnings that Jordan had ever made at a rodeo. Jordan came to this 2016’s rodeo here with the faith that he could race against the NFR world’s best & win the world title of National Finals Rodeo 2016 successfully.

Ketscher is the habitat of the Squaw Valley, Calif & tied his first calf in 8.3 seconds on 20th January that is known as slack competition. Ketscher time was very much enough to gain 5th place and earn $2,903. He had his 2nd round of events at the Monday morning performance & in front of a full house gallery of current and former NFR competitor those stop the clock in 8.7 seconds.

Jordan is now in 1st place in the overall NFR standings with a total time of 17.0 seconds. The 4-time College NFR qualifier competed with 21st place in the PRCA world standings in 2015. He slightly missed a trip to Las Vegas to participate at the NFR. He is now given his best effort to get there this year and a big win. Jordan is currently 14th in the world standings. Now Ketscher is moved to Rapid City, S.D. to join at the Black Hills Stock Show. After that he will back here to rope in the championship finals competition on Saturday night.
